Where is my order?

We dispatch within two business days of payment and email a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves us. If tracking has not moved for seven business days, email support@cantcore.shop with your order reference and we will open a carrier investigation.

How do I return a kit?

Email support@cantcore.shop with your order reference and which kits you are returning. We reply within one business day with a return authorisation and address. You have 30 days from delivery, or 60 days as a member. The kit must come back complete and unused.

Will I pay customs duties?

Parcels ship from the United Kingdom. Outside the United Kingdom, your government may charge import duties and taxes, payable by the recipient. These are not included in the checkout price and we cannot calculate or absorb them.

What exactly is in a kit?

Every kit page lists every component, its materials and its dimensions, plus a photograph of the contents laid out. Nothing is hidden behind a generic description — if it is in the box, it is on the page.

A piece arrived damaged. What now?

Send photographs of the carton and the contents to support@cantcore.shop within 48 hours of delivery. We replace the affected kit or component at our cost, and we pay the return postage.

How do I cancel my membership?

Open the Stripe customer portal from the Membership page using the email on your membership, and cancel there. Benefits run to the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.

Do the Reset Core kits help me sleep?

No, and we do not claim they do. Reset Core and Wind-Down Core are lifestyle and organization goods, not medical devices. We make no medical, sleep or health claims, and nothing we sell is a substitute for professional advice.

Can I buy in bulk for an office or university?

Yes. Use the wholesale enquiry form for ten kits or more and we reply with USD pricing and lead times within two business days.
