Acceptable Use Policy

The rules that keep limited editions fair, our designs ours, and our support team treated decently.

What this covers

This policy sets out how you may and may not use https://cantcore.shop, our products and our support channels. It sits alongside our Terms of Service; breaking it is a breach of those terms.

Almost nobody needs this page. It exists for the rare cases that affect other customers.

Counterfeits and resale

You must not:

  • copy, reverse-engineer or manufacture imitations of our kit designs, packaging or product photography for commercial purposes;
  • resell our products as something they are not — relabelled, misdescribed, presented as another brand's goods, or presented as an authorised version of somebody else's product;
  • present yourself as an authorised dealer, distributor or partner of Canton Core without our written agreement;
  • use our name, mark or photography to sell counterfeit or unrelated goods.

You are free to resell a kit you have bought as the genuine, accurately described product it is. For volume purchasing, use the wholesale enquiry form — the pricing is better than buying at retail anyway.

Limited editions

Seasonal Core Drop editions are produced in limited runs, and the member reservation window exists so members get a fair chance at them. You must not:

  • use bots, scripts or automation to place or reserve orders;
  • create multiple accounts or memberships to obtain more than your allocation;
  • use false identities, addresses or payment methods to bypass an allocation limit;
  • obtain an edition through a fraudulent payment and resell it.

Reselling an edition you legitimately bought is your business, not ours. Obtaining one fraudulently is a different matter: we cancel the order, refund the payment where it was genuine, and may refuse future orders.

Intellectual property

Do not use our site or products to infringe anyone's intellectual property — ours or a third party's. That includes asking us to produce, customise or co-brand kits carrying a logo, character, artwork, team, likeness or trade mark you do not own or have licence to use. We decline these requests, and we may ask for proof of licence before accepting a wholesale customisation.

If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, email support@cantcore.shop with the material, your rights in it and your contact details. We investigate promptly and remove infringing material.

Payment and fraud

You must not:

  • pay with a card or account you are not authorised to use;
  • give false delivery or contact details;
  • raise a chargeback in bad faith on goods that were delivered and kept — if there is a problem, contact us first and see the Refund Policy;
  • abuse the returns process, for example by returning a different or substituted item.

Payments are screened for fraud by Stripe. We report suspected payment fraud to Stripe and, where appropriate, to law enforcement.

Using the site and contacting us

You must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, our administration area, our database or our accounts;
  • probe, scan or test the site's security, or interfere with its normal operation;
  • scrape the site systematically, or place automated load on it beyond ordinary browsing;
  • submit malware, or use our forms to send spam, phishing content or unlawful material;
  • abuse, threaten or harass our staff.

Our support team answers every reasonable enquiry, however frustrated, but abuse or threats end the conversation and may end the trading relationship. Found a genuine security issue? Report it to support@cantcore.shop and give us a chance to fix it before disclosing it.

If this policy is broken

Depending on severity, we may cancel an order, refund and decline it, end a membership, restrict access to the site, or refuse future business. We give notice and a chance to explain where it is reasonable to do so; where fraud, IP infringement or a security threat is involved, we may act immediately. Serious matters are reported to the relevant authorities.
